Further to the announcement on 31 August 2018, Positive Healthcare Plc announces that the Directors have today appointed Eric Walls and Wayne Harrison of KSA Group to assist them in the formalities of a liquidation process.

Trading in the Company’s Bonds was suspended on the NEX Exchange Growth Market on 31 August 2018.
