DO & CO establishes a catering company with Sharp Aviation K in South Korea
and opens first gourmet kitchen in Asia

DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft herewith announces that its subsidiary DO & CO
International Investments Ltd, London, and Sharp Aviation K, Inc., Seoul,
have agreed to establish a catering company for the Korean market; DO & CO
and Sharp Aviation K will each hold 50% in this company. The company will
open a new gourmet kitchen in Seoul by the end of 2015.

With initially over 8,000 m² of space and a highly experienced culinary
team, this gourmet kitchen will be one of Asia's most modern and, after
this first stage of construction, allow for the production of up to 25,000
fresh gourmet menus per day.

The new premium gourmet company will focus on premium airline and event
catering, retail gourmet shops and high end coffee houses by expanding its
international gourmet brands DO & CO, DEMEL, HEDIARD and HENRY to Korea.
