Asset Management Ltd ('TAML') that as of 18 December 2013 TAML 's holding
in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft amounts to 398,267 bearer shares and thus
398.267 voting rights. This holding represents 4.09% of the voting rights
in DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft based on 9,744,000 outstanding bearer shares.
