DO & CO is the new owner of Arena One in Munich
DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft acquires 100% of the shares in the Munich-based
Arena One GmbH from E.ON Facility Management GmbH.
Arena One, Germany's second largest sports and event caterer, has from the
beginning been responsible for the hospitality and public segment of
Allianz Arena, home stadium of FC Bayern München and TSV 1860 München. The
Munich-based company has also served as the exclusive catering partner for
the Munich Olympiapark since 1972 and is the culinary host and in charge of
catering for numerous major sport events ranging from the Olympic Summer
and Winter Games to the hospitality in three stadiums at the FIFA World
Championships in South Africa. Business restaurants operated in Germany and
the distinguished Restaurant 181 at the Olympic Tower in Munich round off
its portfolio.
The acquisition is subject to clearance by the German Bundeskartellamt.
