DO & CO invests in POLAND

DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft acquires 100% of the shares in LOT Catering Sp.
z o.o. from Regionalny Fundusz Gospodarczy S.A. (a Polish government
funds).

LOT Catering, domiciled in Warsaw, is the market leader in airline catering
in Poland with further units in Poznán, Krakov, Gdansk and Katowice.
Currently, LOT Catering retains close to 800 employees.
