Preliminary unaudited results for the first six months of the financial
year 2010/2011

Vienna, October 25, 2010. DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG ('DO & CO')
today announced its preliminary results for the first six months of the
financial year 2010/2011 (1 April 2010 to 30 September 2010) in accordance
with IFRS.

In the first six months of 2010/2011, DO & CO reports total sales of EUR
222.7 million, which represents an increase of EUR 38.2 million or 20.7 %
compared with the first six months of the previous year (PY: EUR 184.5
million). The consolidated EBIT of the DO & CO Group for the first six
months of 2010/2011 amounts to EUR 15.2 million which represents an
increase of EUR 4.5 million compared to the previous year (PY: EUR 10.8
million). EBITDA increased from EUR 19.1 million by EUR 4.7 million to EUR
23.9 million. EBIT margin rose from 5.8 % to 6.8 % and EBITDA margin rose
from 10.4 % to 10.7 %.

Sales of the Airline Catering division amount to EUR 170.6 million (PY: EUR
134.1 million). EBITDA increased by EUR 4.3 million from EUR 14.8 million
for the first six months of 2009/2010 to EUR 19.1 million for the first six
months of 2010/2011. EBITDA margin amounts to 11.2 % (PY: 11.1 %). EBIT
increased from EUR 7.8 million to EUR 11.9 million for an EBIT margin of
7.0 % (PY: 5.8 %).

EUR 2.4 million in the first six months of 2010/2011. EBIT amounts to EUR
1.9 million (PY: EUR 1.7 million). EBITDA margin amounts to 10.8 % (PY:
10.2 %), EBIT margin amounts to 8.5 % (PY: 8.4 %).

EUR 1.4 million in the first six months of the business year 2010/2011.
