DO & CO PURCHASES HAAS HAUS AT STEPHANSPLATZ IN VIENNA
- the flagship location of the DO & CO Group

DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft herewith announces that its subsidiary DO & CO
Restaurantbetriebsgesellschaft m.b.H., Vienna, purchases the "Haas Haus"
building in 1010 Vienna, Stephansplatz 12; since 1990, the DO & CO Group's
corporate seat as well as its flagship restaurant and hotel in Vienna are
located at these premises. The purchase price amounts to EUR 107,000,000.
