DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft herewith announces that in today’s constitutive meeting of the Supervisory Board Mr. Andreas Bierwirth has been elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr. Peter Hoffmann-Ostenhof has been elected as first Deputy Chairman and Mr. Cem Kozlu has been elected as second Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft.
