DO & CO AG announces that Dr. Haig Asenbauer and Dr. Klaus Petermann will
leave the Management Board effective 30 September 2016. The new
organisation of DO & CO AG provides that two Management Board members,
Attila Dogudan and Gottfried Neumeister, will manage the company together
with an extended management team.Dr. Haig Asenbauer will continue to serve
the company as a consultant, particularly for M & A activities as hitherto,
and after a transitional, cooling off period, will run for election to the
Supervisory Board.
Dr. Petermann will serve the company in a new role as head of the
Commercial Controlling & Efficiency Improvement division. In this role, Dr.
Petermann will coordinate the overall cost management of all DO & CO AG
locations worldwide. The objective is to increase synergies between the
divisions and improve the margins through efficiency improvements and a new
benchmark system.
This is closely linked to a reorganisation of the Finance division, which
will now have a broader base and be divided into the areas of Commercial
Controlling and Corporate Accounting.
