DO & CO Restaurants & Catering AG herewith announces that it is enlarging
its Group Management Board. DO & CO is revising its Group structure. Its
subsidiaries in Austria and abroad are being combined in separate
intermediate holding companies. With the new Group structure and the
ongoing expansion of business activities both as already carried out and as
envisaged, the Management Board was appointed and enlarged as follows:

* Chief Executive Officer: Attila Dogudan
* Chief Investment Officer: Dr. Haig Asenbauer, attorney at law
* Chief Commercial Officer: Mag. Gottfried Neumeister
* Chief Financial Officer: Dr. Klaus Petermann
