Confirmation of Share Capital Increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 18 November 2010

regarding the completed Private Placement of shares in DNO.

The company has received confirmation that the share capital increase of NOK

11 250 000 from NOK 226 214 228 to NOK 237 464 228 by issue of 45 000 000 new

shares at a face value of NOK 0.25 per share has been registered by the Register

of Business Enterprises (Foretaksregisteret).
