Karl Christian Agerup, Board Member in DNB ASA has through his company Ramali AS on 9th march 2020 bought 8.300 shares in DNB ASA at a share price of NOK 121,60. Following the transaction, Agerup and related parties 14.700 shares in DNB ASA. This notification corrects the earlier notification today where the purchase was reported to be 9.041 shares, 741 more shares than was actually purchased.
