DNB's Annual General Meeting will be held on 30 June 2020

The Board of Directors of DNB ASA has decided to hold the annual general meeting

on 30 June 2020. Invitation to the annual general meeting will be sent in due

time.

Dividends for 2019 will not be considered at the annual general meeting, but at

an extraordinary general meeting that will be held no later than December 2020.

The new ex-dividend date will be the day after the extraordinary general

meeting.

On 2 April 2020, the Board of Directors of DNB ASA announced that the annual

general meeting, planned to be held on 28 April 2020, would be postponed due to

the extraordinary situation caused by the spread of the coronavirus and the

authorities' restrictions on mass gatherings (read statement
