Preliminary result for the first nine months of 2013

According to preliminary unaudited data calculated in accordance to
International financial reporting
standards, AB DNB Bankas, company code 112029270, VAT payer's code LT120292716,
registered
office at J. Basanavičiaus St. 26, Vilnius earned LTL 36.37 million (EUR 10.53
million) net profit in the
first nine months of 2013.

In the first nine months of 2012 AB DNB Bankas' net profit was LTL 75.98
million (EUR 22.01 million).
