Preliminary result for the year 2011

According to preliminary unaudited data calculated in accordance to
International financial reporting standards, AB DNB Bankas, company code
112029270, VAT payer's code LT120292716, registered office at J. Basanavičiaus
St. 26, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal
Entities, earned a net profit of LTL 81.0 million (EUR 23.5 million) in full
year 2011. AB DNB Bankas profit before taxes and provisions in full year 2011
was LTL 157.2 million (EUR 45.5 million).

In full year 2010 net loss of AB DNB Bankas was LTL 122.6 million (EUR 35.5
million) and its profit before taxes and provisions was LTL 140.5 million ( EUR
40.7 million).
