Prestholdt takes her office of member of the Bank's management board and
executive vice president in charge of credit and financial risk management,
loan restructuring as well as special assets and asset valuation operations. In
the position she replaced the member of the Bank's management board Fredrik
Johannes Borch.

Prior to joining the AB DNB Bankas Anne Birgitte Prestholdt worked in Norway's
DNB Bank ASA retail divisions as the head of Risk and quality unit in
Akershus/Ostfold. During her 18 years carrier in DNB Bank ASA she built vivid
professional experience in retail and large corporate businesses as well as
special assets management.

Anne Birgitte Prestholdt (born 1960) is a graduate of the Norwegian School of
Economics and Business Administration.
