Further to the company's immediate reports, regarding the completion of merger agreement with ISRAEL CANADA HOTELS LTD through a " Big Allotment" , and in light of the company's compliance with the conditions required of a new company of its kind first listed on TASE, as mentioned in TASE's regulations pursuant to the Forth Part of the Rules , the company will continue trading in the main list.
