By letter of 29 January 2015 Allianz Global Investors GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share
of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße
60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of 3% as at 28
January 2015 and amounts to 2.82% (2,225,018 voting rights) at this day.
378,826 voting rights (0.48%) are to be attributed to Allianz Global
Investors GmbH according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6 WpHG.
