By letter of 4 March 2015 the Norges Bank (the Central Bank of Norway),
Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their
share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT,
Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold
of 3% as at 27 February 2015 and amounts to 3.10% (2,440,518 shares) at
this day.

By letter of 4 March 2015 the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the State of
Norway, Oslo, Norway, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that
their share of voting rights of our company has exceeded the threshold of
3% as at 27 February 2015 and amounts to 3.10% (2,440,518 shares) at this
day. These 3.10% voting rights (this corresponds to 2,440,518 voting
rights) are to be attributed to the Ministry of Finance on behalf of the
State of Norway via Norges Bank according to Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG.
