Correction of our release of 6 March 2015

By letter of 5 March 2015 Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment
GmbH, Frankfurt/Main, Germany, has informed us according to § 21 para 1
WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI
AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the threshold of
5% and 3% as at 5 March 2015 and amounts to 0.26% (208,171 voting rights)
at this day. 0.1% of the voting rights are attributed to Deutsche Asset &
Wealth Management Investment GmbH according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 6
WpHG.
