By letter of 21 April 2015 UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us
according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG
MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Bielefeld, Germany, has exeeded the
threshold of 3% as at 15 April 2015 and amounted to 3.56% (2,805,962 voting
rights) at this day. 0.09% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 72,290
voting rights) are attributed to the company according to § 22 para 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

By letter of 21 April 2015 UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed
us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG
MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Bielefeld, Germany, has exeeded the
threshold of 3% as at 15 April 2015 and amounted to 3.56% (corresponding to
2,805,962 voting rights) at this day. These 3.56% (corresponding to
2,805,962 voting rights) are attributed to the company according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Attributed voting rights are held by the
following controlled undertakings holding 3% or more of voting rights of
DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT: UBS AG.

By letter of 21 April 2015 UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us
according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG
MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3% as at 16 April 2015 and amounted to 2.99% (2,355,712 voting
rights) at this day. 0.09% of the voting rights (this corresponds to 72,290
voting rights) are attributed to the company according to § 22 para 1
sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.

By letter of 21 April 2015 UBS Group AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed
us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG
MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the
threshold of 3% as at 16 April 2015 and amounted to 2.99% (2,355,712 voting
rights) at this day. 2.99% of the voting rights (this corresponds to
2,355,712 voting rights) are attributed to the company according to § 22
para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG.
