By letter of 7 May 2015 DMG MORI GmbH, Stuttgart, Germany, has informed us
according to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of DMG
MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 10% and 15% as at 7 May 2015 and
amounts to 18.84% (14,848,583 voting rights) at this day.

By letter of 7 May 2015 DMG MORI SEIKI CO., Ltd., Nara, Japan, has informed
us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of our
company has exceeded the threshold of 50% as at 7 May 2015 and amounts to
52.54% (41,408,563 voting rights) at this day. Thereof 18.84% (this
corresponds to 14,848,583 voting rights) are to be attributed to DMG MORI
SEIKI CO., Ltd. according to sec. 22, para. 1, sentence 1, no. 1 of the
WpHG that are held by DMG MORI GmbH.
