By letter of 24 April 2014 the AXA S.A., 25, Avenue Matignon, 75008 Paris,
France, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that it withdraws
the notification that they exeed the 3% threshold sent to us and published
by us as on
29 November 2014, because at no time a threshold has been exceeded.
