By letter of 28 November 2013 the AXA S.A., 25, Avenue Matignon, 75008
Paris, France, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their
share of voting rights of DMG MORI SEIKI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT,
Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the threshold
of 3% as at 25 November 2013 and amounts to 3.04% (2,397,718 shares) at
this day. 1,767,718 voting rights (2.24%) are attributed to AXA S.A.
according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Further 630,000 voting
rights (0.8%) are to be attributed to them according to § 22 para 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG.
