By letter of 19 April 2011 Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG, Hamburg,
Germany, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of
voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60,
33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3%, 5% and 10% as
of 13 April 2011 and as of this day amounts to 10.11% (6,084,020 shares).

By letter of 19 April 2011 Joh. Berenberg Gossler & Co. KG, Hamburg,
Germany, has informed us according to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share
voting rights of GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60,
33689 Bielefeld, Germany, has fallen below the thresholds of 10%, 5% and 3%
as of 15 April 2011 and as of this day amounts to 1.61% (970,000 shares).

By letter of 19 April 2011, WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, has informed us
ac-cording to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share of voting rights of
GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has exceeded the thresholds of 3% and 5% as of 13 April 2011 and
as of this day amounts to 8.63% (5,190,520 shares).

By letter of 19 April 2011 WestLB AG, Düsseldorf, Germany, has informed us
according to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG, that their share voting rights of
GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Gildemeisterstraße 60, 33689 Bielefeld,
Germany, has fallen below the thresholds of 5% and 3% as of 15 April 2011
and as of this day amounts to 0% (0 shares).
