On 2 March 2007, JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, United States of America,
has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG that its voting rights on
GILDEMEISTER Aktiengesellschaft, Bielefeld, ISIN-Code: DE0005878003, WKN:
587800 have exeeded the 3% limit of voting rights on 27 February 2007 and
now amount to 3.51%, corresponding to 1,519,443 voting rights. The
attribution of voting rights according to
§ 22 para 1 sentence 1 no.1 and 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG
results from the subsidiary JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc. among
others.

On 2 March 2007, JPMorgan Asset Management Holding Inc., New York, United
States of America, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG, that its
voting rights on our company exceeded the 3% limit on 27 February 2007 and
now amount to 3.25%, corresponding to 1,408,847 voting rights. The
attribution of the voting rights according to § 22 para 1 sentence 1 no. 1
and no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG results from the subsidiary
JP Morgan Asset management UK Limited.

On 2 March 2007, JPMorgan Asset Management UK Limited, London, Great
Britain, has informed us according to § 21 para 1 WpHG that its
voting rights on our company exceeded the 3% limit on 27 February 2007 and
now amount to 3.25%, corresponding to 1,408,847 voting rights.
