Pursuant to Section 161 of the German Corporation Act, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board of the DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT declare:

Since the last compliance statement of November 2017, DMG MORI AKTIENGESELLSCHAFT has complied with the recommendations of the "Government commission on German Corporate Governance Codex" in the Codex version of 7 February 2017 and will also comply with them in future.
