The remote e-voting commences on Saturday, 07th September, 2024 (9:00 A.M.) and ends on Sunday, 06th October, 2024 (5:00 P.M.).

The result of the postal ballot will be declared within two working days of conclusion of remote e- ----~·oting process i e on or before Tuesday, Qgth October, 2024 and wi 11 be communicated to the Stock Exchanges and will be uploaded on the website of the Company at \NWw.djcorp.in .

• The Corrigendum to the Postal Ballot Notice is being sent only by email to those members who have registered their email address with their depository participants or the RTA (Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd) and whose names appear in the register of members I list of beneficial owners as maintained by the National Securities Depository Limited, Central Depository Services (India) Limited and the RTA-Purva Sharegistry (India) Pvt Ltd as on the cut-off date i.e. Friday, 30th August, 2024.

CORRIGENDUM TO THE NOTICE OF POSTAL BALLOT/E-VOTING

[Pursuant to Section 110 read with Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rules 22 and 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, as amended and applicable Circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India)

DJ Mediaprint & Logistics Limited (the "Company") has issued a Notice of Postal Ballot dated September 06, 2024 along with the Explanatory Statement ("Postal Ballot Notice"). The Postal Ballot Notice has been dispatched to the shareholders of the Company on September 06, 2024, in due compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the relevant rules made thereunder.

As per the Postal Ballot Notice circulated to the Shareholders of the Company, the E-voting period for casting vote by the Members of the Company commenced on Saturday, September 07, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. (IST) and ends on Sunday, October 06, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. (IST) after which the E-voting will be blocked by CDSL. Members were requested to record their assent or dissent by means of E-voting provided by the Company not later than 5:00 p.m. (IST) on Sunday, October 06, 2024.

However, pursuant to the requirements of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2018 we hereby disclose the UBO PAN of the proposed Allotees was erroneously omitted in the Notice of Postal Ballot dated September 06, 2024.
