Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Share Allotment Committee of the Company in its meeting held on 19[th ] November, 2019 has allotted 26750 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a Price of Rs. 1864.80/- each pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options unber Dixon Technologies (India) Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2018.

The Paid Up Share Capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 11,53,80,910 to Rs. 11,56,48,410.

The meeting convened at 05.30 p.m. and concluded at 06.05 p.m.
