Manufacturing to take place at Padget’s manufacturing facility located at Noida
Noida, 18[th] October, 2021:
Dixon’s wholly owned subsidiary- Padget and Orbic™, a US based smartphone manufacturer has entered into agreement for manufacturing of smartphones at Padget’s manufacturing facility situated at Noida. The new Orbic Myra 5G UW, powered by the Snapdragon® 750G 5G Mobile Platform, will be the first 5G millimeter wave product to be produced in India for export to the US.
Commenting on this occasion, Mr. Sunil Vachani- Executive Chairman of Dixon Technologies said, “We are extremely excited to partner with Orbic™ for manufacturing of smartphones. Orbic™ has established a strong and trusted foothold globally thanks to their advanced technology solutions. World class manufacturing of electronic products in India is a reality today and this partnership is a testament to the same.
