Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 28[th] June, 2024, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed with effect from 1[st] July, 2024 and the same shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended as on 30[th] June, 2024.
