Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 23[rd] May, 2023, to inter alia, (i) consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended 31[st] March, 2023 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities & Statement of Cash Flows as on 31[st] March, 2023 and (ii) consider the proposal of declaration of Dividend for the Financial year 2022-23.
Further, in continuation to our earlier intimation dated 31[st] March, 2023, in compliance with the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and Company's "Code of Conduct for Insider Trading and Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information", the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company had already been closed with effect from 1[st] April, 2023 and the same shall reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial year ended as on 31[st] March, 2023.
