  • Quarterly revenues were supported by strong performance in 4WD transfer case products

  • We expect the volumes of EV gearboxes to pick-up substantially once our new facility at Shirwal becomes operational with ramp-up expected to be completed by Q2 FY24;

  • We continue to see extremely good traction in our discussions for new business with all our major customers including BorgWarner, Tata Group, M&M as well as MG Motors; our export business is expected to start normalizing from Q4 FY24 onwards;

  • We are in the process of ordering equipment as envisaged in the Prospectus and expect deliveries to start from Q2 FY24 onwards
