Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 02, 2024 inter alia:

To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.

To consider and approve the Internal Audit Report for the quarter ended December 31, 2023.

Any other business with the permission of the Chair.
Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that Company will host an Earnings Conference Call on Friday, February 02, 2024, at 05:00 PM (IST) in respect of the standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.
The schedule (joining and dial-in details) of the Earnings Conference Call is enclosed herewith.
Closure of Trading Window:
Further, referring to our communication dated Wednesday, December 27, 2023, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from January 01, 2024 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023.
