Pursuant to Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“LODR Regulations”), this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, November 01, 2023 inter alia:

1. To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

2. To consider and approve the Internal Audit Report for the quarter ended September 30, 2023.

3. Any other business with the permission of the Chair.

Further, pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of the LODR Regulations, this is to inform that Company will host an Earnings Conference Call on Wednesday, November 01, 2023, at 05:00 PM (IST) in respect of the standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

The schedule (joining and dial-in details) of the Earnings Conference Call is enclosed herewith.

Closure of Trading Window:

Further, referring to our communication dated September 27, 2023, and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, we had intimated that the trading window will remain closed from October 01, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023.

We hereby inform you that the trading window shall remain closed until Friday, November 03, 2023 , being 48 hours from the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2023, as mentioned above. The trading window shall open on Monday, November 06, 2023 .
