A brief profile of Mr. Sabharwal as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, is annexed to this intimation as Annexure A.

Ltd, and Ennovi Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In his most recent role, he led the India Sales and Marketing department at Ennovi Mobility Solutions, preparing the organization to embrace the electrification wave in the mobility industry. Satvinder’s extensive experience includes handling OEM clients in India and collaborating in Japan, Korea, Europe, and America. His core expertise lies in business growth functions, having worked in various departments including Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Program Management, Customer Management and Procurement.
