Dear Sir / Madam,

Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you as under:

Change in Senior Management Personnel:

Mr. Rakesh Sharma, Head- Manufacturing Engineering (ME) & Growth & Launch Management has resigned from the said position on June 26, 2024. He would be relieved of his duties with effect from Tuesday, October 01, 2024. Details regarding the same as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are annexed to this intimation as Annexure A. Resignation letter dated June 26, 2024 tendered by Mr. Sharma is annexed to this intimation as Annexure B.
Pursuant to the above change, Mr. Nilesh Shukla, an existing Senior Management Personnel (SMP) heading Advanced Manufacturing Technology is redesignated as Head- Manufacturing Engineering and will head and steer the overall ME Group and focus on process development and monitoring process and productivity improvement initiatives, cost estimations and new equipment procurement.
The Growth & Launch function will be merged in the Operations department and will report to Mr. Dipak Vani, Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Mr. Shukla has completed a long stint at Mahindra where his career started in transmission engineering and progressed to a General Management, leadership role in Product Development. He brings in three decades of enriching experience from Mahindra, American Axles (AAM), Mahindra CIE Automotive, and Bharat Forge, wherein he contributed for strategic growth. He also brings in rich knowhow on product-manufacturing leadership competencies which will significantly contribute towards realizing our long-term vision.
