On February 27, 2017 , Senior Housing Properties Trust, or the Company, issued a press release regarding the Company’s results of operations and financial condition for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016 , and also provided certain supplemental operating and financial data for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2016 .
