Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announces that that Kathryn Z. Klaber, Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") recently transacted in ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), as set forth below.
Ms. Klaber acquired through the market 1,042 Ordinary Shares at an average price of $11.27 pence per Ordinary Share on September 24, 2024. Following this purchase, Ms. Klaber is now interested in 2,912 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.006% of the Company's issued share capital.
