Information on a significant event

On 29 March 2014 in accordance with Section 59 of the Financial Instruments Market Law the JSC Ditton Driving Chain Factory (hereafter - Emitent) informed it`s shareholders about entering into the contract with Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) on partial aid of European Regional Development Fund for construction of Emitent`s premises in the frame of the indicative activity 2.3.2.2.2. “Co-financing to the investments for construction and reconstruction of industrial premises” of the operational program “Entrepreneurship and innovations”.

Additionally the Company informs it`s shareholders about the following:

-         The construction works were finished and put in commission according to the project activity plan on February 2015.

-         The project report and documentation were submitted to Investment and Development Agency of Latvia on July 2015. Project audit was finished on November 2015.

-         The Emitent has received the aid of European Regional Development Fund in amount of  EUR 1 159 832,76 on 29 December 2015.
