Notification on significant event
On October 8, 2020, the Company published information on the Company's debt obligations to JSC “Nasdaq Riga”. The Company also indicated that the Company will announce the results of debt settlement in a separate notice.
On November 2, 2020, the Company received agreement from JSC “Nasdaq Riga” on the proposed debt repayment schedule (until April 2021, inclusive) and on the termination of the Company’s supervisory status after the approval of the above schedule.
