DATE OF BOARD MEETING

The board of directors (the “Board”) of South East Group Limited (the “Company”) announces that a meeting of the Board of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 5 December 2008 for the purpose of approving, among other matters, the unaudited interim results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the six months ended 30 September 2008.
