VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

BUSINESS UPDATE — WINNING BID FOR FRANCHISE PROJECTS IN XIANGXI, HUNAN AND SHIJIAZHUANG, HEBEI

This announcement is made by DIT Group Limited (the ‘‘Company’’, together with its subsidiaries, the ‘‘Group’’) on a voluntary basis. The Company would like to give an update of its latest business development to its shareholders and investors.

The board (the ‘‘Board’’) of directors (the ‘‘Directors’’) of the Company is pleased to announce that two franchisees of the Group successively won the bids for land parcels. Xiangxi Green Building Sci-tech Park, one of the two franchised projects, will undertake development of a 100-mu land parcel in the Western Ecological Industrial Park of Xiangxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Hunan Province, China, while the other franchised project Shijiazhuang Ruimin Intelligent Building Sci-tech Park will develop 80 mu of land in the Gaocheng Economic Development Zone in Shijiazhuang, Hebei Province, China.

Xiangxi Green Building Sci-tech Park which is to be located in the Western Ecological Industrial Park of Xiangxi High-tech Industrial Development Zone in Hunan Province is a franchised project of the Group with Xiangxi Dingsheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. and will be built by the Group, while Xiangxi Dingsheng Building Materials Co., Ltd. will maintain ownership of the park. As a key prefabricated construction project introduced by the high-tech zone, Xiangxi Green Building Sci-tech Park is an important part of the whole prefabricated construction industry chain of Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous

Prefecture. It will provide more advanced, eco-friendly and green prefabricated construction products for the greater Xiangxi area, boosting the new urbanisation drive and rural revitalisation and development in the area.

Shijiazhuang Ruimin Intelligent Building Sci-tech Park which is to be located in the Gaocheng Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province is another franchised project of the Group with Hebei Shangzhan Technology Co., Ltd. and will be built by the Group, while Hebei Shangzhan Technology Co., Ltd. will maintain ownership of the park. Centering on the development positioning of Shijiazhuang as a central city in the southern central part of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration, development of Shijiazhuang Ruimin Intelligent Building Sci-tech Park will promote the integrated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and active participation in the construction of the urban agglomeration in the capital economic circle.

Mr. Guo Weiqiang, an executive Director, said that completion of the two projects will further optimise DIT Group’s deployment of production capacity across the country. The Group has so far built up PC factories in 42 cities in 16 provinces, including 10 franchise factories and 10 asset-light factories. In the future, the Group will continuously focus on the strategy of ‘‘Smart Home’’ to cooperate with partners through direct operation, franchise, and asset-light model. By introducing brands, utilising R&D capabilities, sharing management experience and licensing patents, the Group will draw on resources of its partners, share patent applications, and achieve shared values and win-win situation, with a view to create a platform based on the collaboration in production lines and promote the development of the prefabricated construction industry.

This announcement is made by the Company on a voluntary basis to update the shareholders and potential investors of the Company about the business development of the Group.
