RESIGNATION OF INDEPENDENT NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of China Minsheng Drawin Technology Group Limited (the “ Company ”) announces that with immediate effect from 14 June 2018, Mr. CHAN Chi Hung (“ Mr. Chan ”) has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company due to his other business commitments.

Mr. Chan has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no matter regarding his resignation that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to take this opportunity to express its sincere appreciation to Mr. Chan for his contributions and services to the Company.
