CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME, LOGO, STOCK SHORT NAME AND COMPANY’S WEBSITE

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from “South East Group Limited” to “China Minsheng Drawin Technology Group Limited” and the Chinese name of the Company has been changed from “東南國際集團有限公司 ” to “中民築 友科技集團有限公司 ”. The logo of the Company has also been changed accordingly.

The stock short name for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “SOUTH EAST GP” to “CM DRAWIN TECH” in English and from “東南國際集團 ” to “中 民築友科技 ” in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 6 October 2015. The stock code of the Company remains as “726”.

The website of the Company has been changed from “http://southeastgroup.todayir.com” to “http://cmdrawin.todayir.com” with effect from the date of this announcement.

Reference is made to the circular of the Company dated 15 July 2015 (the “ Circular ”) and the announcement of the Company relating to the poll results of the annual general meeting of the Company dated 18 August 2015. Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular unless otherwise stated.

CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME AND LOGO

The Board is pleased to announce that the English name of the Company has been changed from “South East Group Limited” to “China Minsheng Drawin Technology Group Limited” and the Chinese name of “中民築友科技集團有限公司 ” has been adopted as the Company’s new secondary name. The Company’s existing Chinese name ‘‘ 東南國際有限公司 ’’ will no longer be used for identification purpose.

The special resolution regarding the Change of Name has been duly passed by the Shareholders by way of a poll at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 18 August 2015. The Certificate of Incorporation on the Change of Name and the Certificate of Secondary Name have been issued by the Registrar of Companies in Bermuda on 10 September 2015. Accordingly, all pre-conditions in respect of the Change of Name have been satisfied and the Certificate of Registration of Change of Corporate Name of Non-Hong Kong Company has also been issued by the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong on 23 September 2015.

The logo of the Company has also been changed from “ ” to “ ” after the new name of the Company became effective.

CHANGE OF STOCK SHORT NAME

Following the Change of Name becoming effective, the stock short name for trading in the Shares on the Stock Exchange will be changed from “SOUTH EAST GP” to “CM DRAWIN TECH” in English and from “東南國際集團 ” to “中民築友科技 ” in Chinese with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 6 October 2015. The stock code of the Company on the Stock Exchange remains as “726”.

EFFECT ON THE CHANGE OF COMPANY NAME

The Change of Name will not affect any of the rights of the Shareholders and the share certificates of the Company will be issued in the new name of the Company in any subsequent issue of the Shares after the Change of Name has become effective.

However, all existing share certificates of the Company in issue bearing the former name of the Company will continue to be effective as evidence of title to such shares and be valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery purposes. There will not be any arrangement for the exchange of the existing share certificates of the Company for new share certificates bearing the new name of the Company.

With effect from 6 October 2015, all share certificates of the Company will be issued under the new name of the Company.

CHANGE OF COMPANY WEBSITE

The website of the Company has been changed from “http://southeastgroup.todayir.com” to “http://cmdrawin.todayir.com” to reflect the Change of Name with effect from the date of this announcement.
