RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The board of directors (the "Board") of South East Group Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Chen Yuan Shou, Budiman ("Mr. Chen") has resigned as a non-executive director of the Company because of other business commitments with effect from 14 January 2014.

Mr. Chen has confirmed that he has no disagreement with the Board and there is no other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited in relation to his resignation.

The Board would like to express its sincere gratitude to Mr. Chen for his valuable contribution to the Company during the tenure of his service.
