The Board of Directors of South East Group Limited (the "Company") has pleasure to announce the appointment of Mr. Liu Kwok Wah as an executive director of the Company with effect from 2nd January, 2001.
The Board of Directors also announces the resignation of Mr. William King Jakel as an executive director of the Company with effect from 31st December, 2000.
