On April 2, 2014, Mr. Michael R. Tuvell, Senior Vice President, Finance; Treasurer and Controller of Lawson Products, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he is leaving his current position effective April 18, 2014 to pursue a senior level position with another organization. The Finance organization will continue to report to Ronald J. Knutson, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
