On November 4, 2013, Mr. Robert O. Border, Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Lawson Products, Inc. (the "Company"), notified the Company that he is leaving his current position effective December 1, 2013 to pursue a senior level position with another organization. The Company will assess the need to fill the position in the near future.
