(b) On May 16, 2008, Lawson Products, Inc. (the “Company”) notified Michael W. Ruprich that he would be terminated without cause from his position as the Company’s Group President, MRO, effective June 1, 2008. It is anticipated that Mr. Ruprich will be an employee-consultant with the Company through December 31, 2008.
